Package the item inside the box as you received it. Make sure you have sealed everything with adhesive tape and write this address in block letters on the box so it is clearly visible and legible:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date. In this way, once you receive the product, you will have the opportunity to evaluate it and decide whether to keep it, replace it or return it and obtain a refund of the amount paid. In the event of a return with a refund of the amount paid, the customer must complete the "Return form" form below

Florens LTD Srl unipersonale will undertake to refund the amounts to the Customer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product in the company.
The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, intact, unused or damaged.
We invite the customer to keep the return email as proof of the request and to wait for confirmation from the company itself.
Refunds will be made with the same payment method provided for the purchase. We will notify you via email when your refund is processed. We inform you that the crediting time between our account and yours may vary by a few days depending on your bank. In case of return of an order paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the refund will take place via bank transfer. We will ask you to indicate the bank details to which you would like the refund to be made via email. 
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are always paid by the Customer.
