The purchase contract is concluded through the exact compilation of the request form and the consent to the purchase expressed through the subscription sent online or by completing the form attached to the online electronic catalog and the subsequent sending of the form/ form itself, always after viewing a web page summarizing the order, printable, which shows the details of the orderer and the order, the price of the goods purchased, the shipping costs and any additional additional charges, the payment methods and terms, the address where the goods will be delivered and the existence of the right of withdrawal.

When the Supplier receives the order from the Purchaser, it sends a confirmation e-mail and displays a printable web page confirming and summarizing the order, which also contains the data recalled in the previous point.

The contract is not considered perfected and effective between the parties in the absence of what is indicated in the previous point.

These conditions (the “General Conditions of Sale”) regulate the offer and sale of products on the website www.florens.it of the company Florens LTD Srl unipersonale , with registered office in Via Dell'Industria 5, 63813 Monte Urano (FM ) Italy with VAT number IT 02420180446. Each order implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. It is recommended to carefully review and read the General Conditions of Sale before ordering any product on the Site.

 

OBJECT

These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer and sale of products to Consumers on the Company Site.

 

ACCEPTANCE

By placing the order, the Customer declares to have read the General Conditions of Sale available on the Site and to have accepted them.

  

PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Florens offers you three payment methods:

  1. PayPal account

  2. Credit card

  3. Cash on delivery: accepted only for orders whose shipping address is in Italy and for which an increase of €5 is applied

The Site is equipped with a protection system. Your bank details are encrypted and protected through the SSL coding procedure to ensure absolute confidentiality. Your bank details will not be accessible to third parties on the Internet. For this reason you will have to enter your credit card number for each new order.

 

PASSING OF THE RISK OF PERIOD OF THE GOODS

Based on the art. 63 Cons. Code Legislative Decree 21/2014, the company assumes responsibility for ensuring delivery of the goods to the recipient.

 

LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

The company assumes responsibility for repairing, replacing, reducing the price or refunding the customer if the purchased goods prove to be defective or different as described on the Site. The company is subject to the rules regarding legal guarantee for 24 months from delivery of the product. The customer has two months to report the defect to the company. The warranty concerns the product that presents defects of conformity and cannot be invoked in case of negligence and/or carelessness in the use and/or maintenance of the product. 

 

 

ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For disputes arising from the execution of this contract, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction lies with the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the territory of the State

>ODR: Pursuant to art. 14 of Regulation 524/2013, the user is informed that in the event of a dispute he can submit a complaint via the European Union ODR platform which can be reached at the following link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .
