Shipping policy

After payment validation, each order placed is sent to our warehouse to be prepared. The ordered items are carefully checked and packaged before being delivered to the courier. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to make changes to your order, payment method and delivery method selected by you.

When everything is ready, you will be notified via email upon shipment. You will receive your shoes in 2-5 business days (longer delivery times occur for shipments to islands).

The costs relating to the cash on delivery (valid only for Italy) are €5.00.
