Package the item inside the box as you received it. Make sure you have sealed everything with adhesive tape and write this address in block letters on the box so it is clearly visible and legible:

In case of replacement of a product, it can be replaced with any other product of equal or greater value.
The customer must complete the “Replacement form” within 14 days of receiving the ordered item.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are always paid by the Customer.
