Request an exchange
Pack the item inside the box as you received it. Make sure you have sealed everything with adhesive tape and write this address in block letters on the box so that it is clearly visible and legible:

In case of replacement of a product, it can be replaced with any other product of equal or greater value.
The customer must fill in the "Replacement form" form.
We invite the customer to keep the replacement email as proof of the request and to wait for confirmation from the company itself.
Once Florens LTD Srl unipersonale has accepted the exchange, land expenses of replacement are charged to the customer except for the first change of each order from Italy which is offered by the company itself.
